Delivery Information
While every effort will be made to supply goods when and where they are required, the Company shall not be liable to the customer or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in delivering the goods.
Carriage of goods bought through this online shop will be delivered for a fee, unless otherwise stated, to MAINLAND UK. Additional costs may apply to shipping to other areas, however the customer will be contacted first.
Please allow approximately 7 to 10 working days for delivery of your goods, although under normal circumstances we endeavour to despatch goods within 2 working days of the receipt of the order.
Very occasionally goods are delayed in transit beyond our control. When this happens, and we are notified, we will endeavour to track goods and supply information needed to the customer. Our priority is customer satisfaction.
Note: Same day delivery service only for local area in Luton if order before 14:00PM.
RETURNS
No goods will be accepted for return without our prior agreement, and a 15% handling charge will be made if goods are accepted for return for any reason other than faults of manufacture. Please note that most paint colours are made to order and we do not accept returns on these products.
UK customers have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days or receipt.
If you wish to return products, all original goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
All items returned must be unused and in the original packaging and in saleable condition.
